Apple’s upcoming lineup: new iPhones and more!
Apple has quite a few new toys in store for us later this year. New iPads, MacBooks, accessories and most notably, the new iPhone X range. It will consist of three brand new iPhones modelled after last year’s innovative new iPhone X. We’re here to cover all of Apple’s upcoming new products to get you excited!
6.5″ OLED iPhone
Dubbed the ‘iPhone X Plus’, this will be the biggest addition yet to the iPhone family. Based on the original iPhone X’s near bezel-less design but about the size of the iPhone 8 Plus, this new iPhone will offer the largest display of any other iPhone. There’s been talk of it stepping up the iPhone’s photography capabilities by implementing a triple rear-camera. There’s also evidence that this will come with dual-sim capability.
If you want only the most advanced iPhone, this is going to be your pick!
5.8″ OLED iPhone
The successor to the iPhone X, we can expect this phone to be an upgraded version to the original. There’s also a rumour that this and the 6.5″ model will be available in a new Gold colour in addition to the original iPhone X’s Space Grey and Silver.
The smaller size does mean it won’t quite be on par with the 6.5″ OLED, but make no mistake. This is going to be one impressive new iPhone!
6.1″ LCD iPhone
With slightly thicker bezels, an LCD screen rather than OLED, a single rear camera and no 3D Touch, this iPhone isn’t as impressive as the two above, yet it’s expected to outsell both of them. The reason is the price tag. These factors have set up this iPhone to be much more affordable. An aluminium chassis rather than steel is another difference that has allowed Apple to reduce costs when manufacturing this iPhone.
As for colours, this model may be available in a very different set of options: Gray, White, Blue, Red and Orange.
It still comes with Face ID and in the iPhone X style, so if you’re not after all the bells and whistles and looking to save a dollar, this’ll be the one for you!
